定粒配茧缫丝模型及各茧层茧粒数分布

The Mixed Cocoon Reeling Model and the Distribution of the Cocoon Number of Different Cocoon Layers in the Raw Silk Reeling with Fixed Number of Cocoons

基于茧丝周期丝长分布理论,对定粒缫丝中厚薄茧层茧粒数变化通过建立该动态过程的差分微分方程,获得定粒生丝的各茧层茧粒数分布和中心配茧率的解析结果。阐明了原料茧特性和缫丝工的技术水平与定粒中心配茧率之间的概率论关系。通过模拟实验对该模型进行了检验,并讨论定粒缫丝工程管理的有关问题。

Based on the distribution theory of the cycle-length of cocoon filament,we discussed the dynamic process of the cocoon number of thick or thin cocoon filaments in the raw silk reeling with fixed number of cocoons.By establishing difference-differential dquation of the proccess,we obtained some related results about the cocoon number distribution of different cocoon layers and the rate of proper mixed state of cocoon number of different cocoon layers.The theoretical relationship between the cocoon properties,the reeling technic of workers and the mixed state of cocoon was elucidated.Bycomputer simulation,we verified the theoretical model and discussed the related problems in the process control of raw silk reeling with fixed number of cocoons.
