摘要
研究了超声波对罗布麻织物染色性能的作用。通过对还原染料、活性染料、直接染料在超声波作用下和常规条件下染色性能的对比,证明了超声波对以上 3类染料染罗布麻织物有明显的促染作用,特别是能够提高染料的上染速率及固色率。此外,还对超声波促染机理进行了分析。
The effect of ultrasonic on the dyeing behavior of apocynumfabric is discussed in this article. By comparing the dyeingbehavior of vat dyes, reactive dyes and direct dyes respectivelyunder ultrasonic environment and conventional environment, itdraws the conclusion that ultrasonic can obviously acceleratethe dyeing of apocynum fabric when using the above-mentioneddyes and it can especially improve the dye up-take and colorfastness. Related principles are analyzed.
