消溃汤治疗消化性溃疡临床观察(附40例对比分析)

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF PEPTIC ULCER TREATED WITH Xiao Kui Tang DECOCTION: CONTRAST ANALYSIS OF 40 CASES

以自拟消溃汤治疗消化性溃疡22例,结果治愈14例,好转7例,无效1例,总有效率为95.5％;与甲氰咪胍组18例作随机对照,两组总有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。1年后复发率消溃汤组低于对照组(P<0.01)。

22 cases of peptic ulcer were treated with Xiao Kui Tang Decoction. The results are as follows: 14 cases were cured; 7 cases were improved; 1 case failed to respond to the treatment. The total effective rate was 95.5%. The random contrast between the group with Xiao Kui Tang Decotion and 18 cases with Cimetidine showed that the total effective rate had no obvious difference between them (P>0.05). The recurrence rate of peptic ulcer one year later in the patients treated with Xiao kui Tang Decoction was lower than that with Cimetidine (P<0.01).
