An Effective Method to Create Model of Electronic System Cooling

摘要 介绍了I DEAS软件中一种有效的电子设备热分析建模方法,用此方法对某微波发生器进行了散热计算并将计算结果与试验结果进行了对比,结果表明所用方法先进,计算结果精确可靠。 This paper introduces an effective method of creating simulated model in I-DEAS Electronic System Cooling and uses this method to simulate cooling of a microwave generator. The calculated value is compared with the tested value. The result shows that this method is an advanced one and the simulated result is accurate.
