摘要
对橡胶垫冲边机的总体结构进行了研究;对橡胶垫定位、外边冲裁、中心孔冲裁、冲头的联动驱动及冲裁间隙进行了全面分析及设计。通过采用Pro/Engineer软件的零件参数化设计、零部件的装配及总体主机的动态模拟设计,使橡胶垫冲边机虚拟样机在计算机上进行了动态演示,实现了创新设计的参数化、可视化、可动化。
The main structure of rubber washer punching press was studied.The fixed position of rubber washer ,the punching of outer and center flash,the link-motion of punch pin and the clearance were all analyzed and designed.The simulation prototype equipment was dynamically demonstrated on the computer,and the innovational design of parametrization,visible and motion were all achived by using the parameter design,assembly and simulation design.
