摘要
目的 :观察颅痛安颗粒 (LTA)对大鼠血管内皮细胞功能的影响。方法 :大鼠复制血管内皮细胞功能紊乱动物模型后治疗 5天 ,取血测t PA活性、PAI 1活性、NO和ET含量 ,求活性t PA百分率。结果 :模型组较正常对照组大鼠t PA、活性型t PA百分率、NO均显著降低 ,PAI 1、ET显著升高 ;与模型组比较 ,用药组t PA、活性型t PA百分率、NO均升高 ,PAI 1、ET降低。结论 :LTA可能是通过改善血管内皮细胞功能紊乱而发挥治疗血管性头痛。
Object: To study the effects of Lutong'an(LTA) granules on vascular endothelial cell dysfunction of rats. Methods: 50 rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,LTA 4g/kg,LTA 2g/kg and LTA 1g/kg groups. After duplicated the endothelial cell dysfunction models of rats,drugs were given for 5 days,to obtain blood and detect t-PA activity,PAI-1 activity,ET and NO content respectively,and to computer active t-PA percentage. Result: Compared with normal group,t-PA activity,active t-PA percent and NO content of model group significantly decreased (P<0.05),while PAI-1 activity,ET contents increased significantly (P<0.05);t-PA and PAI-1 activity,NO content in the three different dose groups were significantly higher than those in the model group(P<0.05),while PAI-1 activity and ET content were significantly lower in the three treatment groups(P<0.05),compared with the model group. No significant differences of all items were found between the there LTA granules dose groups. Conclusions: Lutong'an granules can improve the dysfunction of vascular endothelial cell,which may be the mechanism of LTA granuls to treat vascular headache.
