This paper gave the designing principle of temperature-insensitive AWG is described, and some tentative methods, such as large negative thermal-optical coefficient polymer as filling material of trench on slabs or arrayed waveguides, bimetal stress compensation, and input- waveguide movement for temperature compensation.
