摘要
用溶剂法,以苯酐和尿素为原料合成β 型铜酞菁和ε 型铜酞菁。用来代替三氯苯和烷基苯合成β 型铜酞菁的溶剂是溶剂160S(主要含有二氯甲苯),它具有价格低和回收率高的优点。实验发现,溶剂160S法合成的产品w(β 型铜酞菁)>96%,收率>75%(以苯酐计算);在合成β 型铜酞菁的基本原料中加入适量的ε 型铜酞菁晶种和铜酞菁磺酰胺衍生物(苯胺和间甲苯胺),可以得到ε 型铜酞菁,晶种和衍生物质量分别为苯酐质量的15%和20%。
A new solvent was used to synthesize β -copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) and ε -CuPc.The new solvent in place of trichlorobenzene or alkyl benzene is commercial solvent 160S,consisting mainly of dichlorotoluene,which has the advantages of lower price and higher recovery ratio. β -CuPc can be obtained with a purity w (CuPc) over 96% and a yield over 75%(based on phthalic anhydride). ε -CuPc can also be synthesized directly in solvent 160S by adding a certain amount of ε -CuPc crystal seeds and CuPc sulphonamide derivatives(aniline and m -toluidine).The amount of ε -CuPc crystal seeds and CuPc sulphonamide derivatives used is 15% and 20% the weight of phthalic anhydride,respectively.
