A new Food Additive Potassium Carbonate

本文报导了用工业碳酸钾提纯为食品添加剂碳酸钾的中型试验,本试验采用化学方法除去有害杂质,成功地制备出质量达到“美国食品化学法典”标准要求的碳酸钾,填补华南地区空白。

Medium size test of purification of food additive potassium carbonate from industrial potassium carbonate is reported. Toxic foreign matters are removed by chemical method in the test. Potassium carbonate conforming to 'American Food Chemicals Standard' is successfully prepared. It has filled the blauk in south China.
