对应用壳牌煤气化工艺的工厂配置和设计的建议 被引量:7

摘要 介绍了壳牌煤气化工艺 (SCGP)的特点以及在中国已建和拟建的SCGP装置概况。根据产品气的用途和工厂规模的不同 ,对采用该工艺用于发电或生产合成氨、甲醇、氢气、液体燃料等化工产品的工厂的工艺流程配置与设计提出了建议 ,分析了装置能力的影响因素 ,提出了降低壳牌煤气化装置投资费用的策略。 The author has introduced the features of Shell Coal Gasification Process (SCGP) and the situation of the SCGP units which have been built and are to be built. According to different purpose of the product gas and the different scale of plant, the suggestion was proposed for process flow arrangement and design of plants in which the process was used for power generation or for producing the chemical products of synthesis ammonia, methanol, hydrogen gas, liquid fuel ETC, the factors influencing the capacity of plant were analyzed, the strategy for reducing the invest cost of Shell Coal Gasification Unit was presented.
