从工艺流程、装置的改进等方面对上海焦化有限公司 1 5万t/a甲醇装置进行了技术总结。将该装置与 2 0万t/a甲醇装置的技术进行了分析对比 ,探讨了德士古水煤浆气化合成气制甲醇的适宜途径 ,总结了运行中的经验教训。

Technical summarization was made for the methanol unit with a capacity of 150000 t/a in Shanghai Coking Company Ltd. from the aspects of process flow, improvement of plant etc., analysis and comparison were also made for this plant with methanol plant with a capacity of 200000 t/a, the suitable path for making methanol using the synthesis gas by Texaco water coal slurry gasification, the experience and lesson were summarized in operation.
