摘要
为了解湖南省护理人力资源状况 ,对 2 0 0 1年湖南省护理人员的编制、学历和职称、地区分布进行了分析。 2 0 0 1年湖南省护理人员存在缺编现象 ,学历水平滞后 ,职称比例失调 ,学历与职称不成比例 ,护师配置地区公平性差。建议 :合理配备护理人员编制 ,加强人才培训 ,形成护理队伍的合理技术职称结构 ,合理开发和利用护理人力资源。
To realize the nursing manpower resource in Hunan Province, we analyzed the organization, diploma, professional occupation and regional distribution of nurses in Hunan Province in 2001. We find that the number of nurses is short, the level of diploma is low, the proportion of professional occupation is unreasonable and the distribution of nurses in urban and rural areas is uneven. Suggestion: To improve the organization and to strengthen the trainings of nursing manpower, let it becomes well organized and developed.
