Application and experience of the dynamic principle in nursing management

目的 :探讨动力原则在护理管理中的应用。方法 :开展多种形式的职业道德教育 ,给护士以精神动力 ;创造知识激励环境 ,增强信息动力 ;实施精神支持、物质奖励办法 ,稳定护理队伍。结果 :激活了护理人员进取成才的内在动力 ,提高了整体护理质量。结论 :动力原则在加快人才培养中具有重要作用。

Objective: To discuss the application of dynamic principle used in nursing management. Methods: Taking all forms of vocation moral education to equip nurses with spiritual dynamic; creating an atmosphere inspired by knowledge to strengthen information dynamic; carrying out material awards and spiritual support plans to stabilize nursing staff. Results: The nurses' intrinsic activity was promoted and the nursing quality was enhanced. Conclusion: The dynamic principle plays an important role in training high-level educated nurses.
