微晶纤维素的原料来源丰富且制作简便,但却具有异乎寻常的性能。研究表明,不同品位的微晶纤维素在医药、食品、陶瓷、涂料与建材,以及日用化学品等领域都有着广泛的用途,是一种价廉物美的多功能高分子材料。本文介绍粉末与胶体微晶纤维素的制法、性能与用途,及其新近研究进展。
Microcrystalline cellulose, derived from abundant natural sources, possesses unusual properties. Different grades of microerystalline cellulose can be utilized in various fields, pharmaceuticals, food, ceramics, Cosmetics and coatings etc. preparation, performances and applications of microcrystalline cellulose either in powder or colloidal form have been introduced in the paper.
