摘要
番茄红素系烃类类胡萝卜素,具有抗癌和降低癌症发病几率的功能,尤其是胃肠道癌和前列腺癌。目前,流行病学通过对照研究发现,番茄红素主要通过对单线态氧的猝灭作用和诱导细胞间隙连接通讯等机制来抑制癌细胞的生长,使癌症的危险性与其摄入呈负相关。本文就番茄红素的抗癌作用从其分子结构、代谢分布、作用机制和细胞分裂等方面进行研究。
Lycopene is hydrocabron carotenoid, having an inverse correlation between the consumption of tomato products and the risk of cancer, especially the gastrointestinal cancer and prostate cancer. Currently, the epidemiological contrast research indicate that the Lycopene in tomato inhibit the growth of the cancer cell primarily through removing the single line state oxygen and the mechanism of Gap Junctional Internetcellular Communication(GJIC) etc. and make the risk of the cancer with its obtaining negative related. The biological features of Lycopene, such as molecular structure, metabolism, tissue distribution and its anti - cancer function, possible mechanism and cell division are researched.
