研究了益生菌双歧杆菌的一系列特性及在医学领域的广泛应用,阐述了双歧因子对双歧杆菌的促生长作 用及其作用于人体的益生功能,介绍了双歧杆菌的研究进展情况。
This paper have studied the probiotics characteristics of bifidobacterium and the widely application in the medical field. Introduced the function of Bifidus factors(BF) promoting the growth of bifidobacterium and the physical functions of BF. The development of researching bifidobacterium also being reviewed.
