摘要
原麻煮练前,用SH+Na_2SiO_3溶液浸解。煮练时采用高设煮练助剂,在常压下煮练保温时间可缩型至40min,所得精干麻的残胶含量仅1.76％,其单纤强度平均为9.08CN/dtex,达到日本东洋纤维公司的水平。精干麻符合纺高支纱的要求。
The ramie before boilling used retted-in an SH+Na_2SiO_3 liguor During boilling—off degumming process, using the high efficiency auxiliary, the. boilling—off temperature and time are reduced to about 100℃ and 40 min. The residual gum of resuited degunmmed ramie is only 1.76％, the tenacity of single fiber is higher 9.08 cN/d(?)ex.
