三种杀虫剂对小鼠内脏器官的影响

The Effects of Three of Kinds of Insecticides on the Viscera in Mice

目的 测检三种杀虫剂,(甲胺磷、快杀灵、敌杀死)对小鼠内脏器官的形态影响。方法分别使用不同杀虫剂的总剂量1/4LD_(50),1/2LD_(50),1/1LD_(50),分5次连续灌胃5天染毒小鼠,于染毒后第6天处死小鼠。处死后,将小鼠常规取材制片,观察小鼠的心、肝、肾的病理学变化,并计算出心、肝、肾的脏体系数。结果 三种农药对小鼠心、肝、肾的病理形态均有不同程度的影响。脏体系数有不同程度升高,与正常组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论 在本实验的染毒剂量下,三种杀虫剂对心、肝、肾有不同程度的毒性作用,且损伤程度有一定的剂量关系。

Objective To detect effects of three kinds of insecticides (Methamidophos, Kuaishaling Deltamethrin)on the internal organ of mice. Methods The agent was administrated to mice at different total doses(1/4LD_(50), 1/2LD_(50), 1/1LD_(50)of three kinds of insecticides by the gavages once a day for successive five days. The mice were sacrificed on the sixth day. The pathological changes of liver, kidney and heart were observed by using histopathological technique, and the coefficient of viscera to body was counted. Results There are morphological changes on liver, kidney and heart. The coefficient of viscera to body had significant difference in comparison with normal control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In this test different doses of three kinds of insecticides all have toxicity to the liver, kidney and heart of mice, and their damage degrees are obviously dose-dependent.
