摘要
目的 观察地塞米松对大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤(BIR)视网膜的影响。方法 应用前房灌注液体升高眼内压的方法,建立RIR模型,并随机分为防治组和对照组,防治组大鼠地塞米松用药从缺血前6天开始,剂量为1mg/kg,溶于1ml生理盐水中腹腔注射,给药持续8天,对照组用同体积的生理盐水代替,两组缺血60 min后分别再灌注30 min、24 h、72 h,进行视网膜丙二醛(MDA)的检测,其中24 h后每组还作光镜检测。结果 防治组视网膜MDA含量明显低于对照组(p<0.01),病理损害轻于对照组。结论 地塞米松是一种自由基清除剂,对RIR损伤有防治作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of dexamethasone on retina in rats with the damage of retinal ischemia-reperfusion. Methods Increasing the intraocular pressure with anterior chambers infused liquid induced the models of retinal ischemia-reperfusion of rats, which were randomly devided into defended group and control group. A daily intraperitional injection of dexamethasone was performed at 1mg/kg in 1ml saline for eight consecutive days, starting six days before retinal ischemia in the defended group and the same volume of salive with a similar injection scheduce in the control group. The content of retinal MDA was measured at 30 minutes, 24hours and 72hours after ischemia persisted 60 minutes. The light microscopy observation was made at 24 hours after ischemia persisted 60 minutes. Results The content of retinal MDA in the protective group was siginificantly less than that of the control group(p<0.01). The degree of retinal pathology was lighter in defended group than the control group. Conclusion As a source of free radical, the dexamethasone can protect the retine from ischemia-reperfusion injury.
