摘要
以乳液状纳米级的TiO2 为芯材 ,采用明胶和壳聚糖作为壁材 ,通过复凝聚反应制备了包裹TiO2 的微胶囊。考察了种子浓度、pH值和心壁比等工艺条件对微胶囊产率和形态的影响。采用电子显微镜观测微胶囊的外观和粒径 ,结果表明 ,微胶囊的大小为几百纳米。同时 ,还考察了微胶囊对 2 80~ 5 5 0nm的光的吸收效果 ,结果显示 ,TiO2
Using TiO 2 emulsion as core materials, glutin and chitosan as shell materials, TiO 2 impregnated microcapsule was prepared via complex coacervation procedure. The impacts of seed concentration, pH value and core/shell ratio for the productive rate and morphology of the microcapsule were discussed. The SEM photos show the diameter of the microcapsule is about 300~500nm under the favorable conditions. The absorbance of this microcapsule for UV-light was investigated to determine its sun-screening ability, and the results show that it has powerful absorbance for the dangerous UVB.
