摘要
本文研究了小麦胚芽油在超临界CO_2中的平衡溶解度随介质温度和压力的变化规律,并对超临界CO_2条件下,小麦胚芽中油溶解特性进行了考察。结果表明,小麦胚芽油的恒温溶解度随压力升高而升高,恒压溶解度随温度升高而降低,且溶解过程为放热过程。
Parameters influencing the solubility of wheat germ oil in supercritical and liquid CO_2 were investigated. It was found that the solubility of wheat germ oil increased with pressure employing during extraction and decreased with temperature. Exothermol phenomena was observed.
