微波辅助法萃取当归多糖的条件优化 被引量:22

摘要 采用单因素试验和正交试验 ,进行了微波辅助萃取当归多糖的研究 ,得到了微波辅助萃取当归多糖的最佳工艺条件 :m(水 ) /m(当归粉 ) =9,微波功率 45 0W ,萃取 2次 ,每次萃取 4min。萃取液经真空浓缩 ,用活性炭脱色后 ,加入乙醇使多糖沉淀 ,过滤 ,沉淀用乙醇洗涤多次 ,真空干燥后即为当归多糖 ,产率 1 5 2 %,多糖质量分数 91 6%。与直接加热萃取法进行比较 ,结果表明 ,微波辅助萃取能大大缩短萃取时间 ,降低萃取剂用量 ,并能提高当归多糖产率。 Microwave assisted extraction (MAE) of angelica sinensis polysaccharides was studied using single factor experiment and orthogonal method It was concluded that the optimal condition of extraction is microwave treatment for two times, at power of 450W for 4?min for each treatment, the mass ratio of water to material being 9∶1 The extracted liquor was concentrated under vacuum, decolored with active carbon and then filtrated Precipitate was obtained after the filtrated liquor was blended with ethanol Angelica sinensis polysaccharides, with the yield of 15 2% and purity of 91 6%, was obtained after the precipitate was washed with ethanol and dried under vacuum Compared with direct heating extraction, MAE can shorten the extracting time, reduce the consumption of solvent and improve yield of angelica sinensis polysaccharides
