Design of Signal Switching in Automatic Test System

开关系统是整个自动测试系统的核心 ,开关系统在自动测试系统中实现测点与测试仪器间的连接 ,测试信号的路由切换以及被测单元与电源系统的连接。笔者从自动测试系统设计的角度重点讨论了开关系统的拓扑结构、开关选择以及自动测试系统中开关的布局与配置。

The switch subsystem is central to the entire ATS,connecting the many test points to the measuring instruments,routing signals and connecting power to the UUT.The considerations of switch topology,switch selection,switch layout and switch subsystem configuration in ATS from the engineering point of view are presented.
