基于嵌入Petri网的GERTS维修保障流程仿真模型研究

Research on the GERTS Simulation Model Embedded with Petri-net of Maintenance Support

在分析维修保障流程建模与仿真重要性的基础上,分析了GERTS模型和Petri网模型在流程仿真中的应用特点,提出了基于嵌入Petri资源约束网的GERTS仿真模型,并给出了具体的仿真算法。该模型通过在GERTS模型中嵌入Petri资源控制网,解决了GERTS难以对具有较强资源依赖性的过程很好描述的缺陷,可用于复杂流程的仿真建模分析。最后,文章针对某型生产设备的维修保障流程进行了实例分析。

Based on analysis of the essentiality of maintaining guarantee process simulation, this paper presents a GERTS simulation model embedded with Petri net after analyzing the application of GERTS and Petri net model in process simulation, and gives its simulation algorithm. Embedded with the Petri net, the model would discard the GERTS,s inability in describing an action that depends more on the resource. The model is applicable to the simulation and analysis of complex processes. Finally, the paper probes into the example of the maintaining guarantee process of a factorys facilities.
