摘要
试验了pH值、水、温度和外力4个因素对架桥剂与染料之间结合牢度的影响,用X-光电子能谱(XPS)分析了架桥剂与羊毛纤维之间的作用机制。结果表明,架桥剂与染料的结合力很强,因此,染色牢度取决于架桥剂与纤维之间的结合力,架桥剂与纤维之间存在着氢键和诱导偶极力的作用机制。
The effect of pH,water,temp and outside force on the bind-energy between bridge-agent and dye was tested in the paper.And the bind-mechanism between bridge-agent and wool-fiber was analyzed by XPS.The result show that there is stronger bind-energy between the bridge-agent and the dye,so the color fastness depend on the bind-force between the bridge-agent and the wool-fiber; and there are the hydrogen bond and induced dipole interaction in bridge-agent and wool-fiber.
