竹浆纤维纺织品性能分析

Analysis of bamboo pulp fiber fabrics' performance

测试分析了竹浆纤维及其针织物的物理机械性能,讨论了该纤维的混纺纱和赛络纱的性能特点。指出竹浆纤维及其织物吸湿透气性好,但湿强力低,易产生塑性变形;赛络纱具有良好的综合性能,为发挥竹纤维的抑菌性,应探索新的纤维制备工艺。

In this paper the physical and mechanical features of the bamboo pulp fiber and its knitwear are tested and analyzed.And the performance features of the blending and sirofil yarns from bamboo pulp fiber are discussed.And the paper also points out that the bamboo pulp fiber and its knitwear have good hygroscopicity and gas penetrability,but they have low tensile strength in wet circumstance and are easy to become deformed.Sirofil yarns have good overall performance features.In order to exert the anti-bacteria features of the bamboo products,new bamboo fiber preparation technology should be explored.
