Determination of processing parameters for cashmere-like native sheep down hair by stretching treatment

通过分析土种绵羊底绒与山羊绒的主要差异,提出了拉伸处理仿山羊绒改性的机理。同时探讨了影响改性处理的主要因素,包括预处理液的浓度、温度和时间,确定了各参数的范围。采用通用旋转组合设计的方法安排试验方案,应用随机方向搜索法求得最佳工艺,并进行了试验验证。

Comparing the difference of native sheep down hair and cashmere, the modified principle of cashmere-like native sheep down hair by stretching is put forward. The main factors are discussed and the range of parameters is determined, including the concentration of solution, the temperature of pretreatment, dipping time. Adopting the universal rotatory experimental design method to design the stretching experiments, optimizing the parameters by establishing multi-objective mathematical pattern and using the method of random searching, and finally testifying that the processing parameters are better.
