摘要
分别采用酸溶液提取法和碱溶液提取法从酿酒酵母中提取活性多糖——β-(1-3)葡聚糖,并对所得产品的多糖、蛋白质含量以及组成进行分析,证明采用碱溶液提取法从酿酒酵母中提取β-(1-3)葡聚糖是一条理想的途径。
The active polysaccharide-β-( 1-3) glucan was isolated in way of acid extraction and alkali extraction from Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The component and the content of the polysaccharide and protein of the polysaccharide products were analyzed.It was considered that the alkali extracting method was ideal for isolating β-(1-3) glucan from Saecharomyces cerevisiae.
