红花在运动饮料中的应用

摘要 以红花提取液配以电解质、维生素、糖、香料等研制的运动饮料经动物实验表明具有显著减少运动引起的血乳酸升高,消除运动引起的肌肉疲劳,增强耐力和抗缺氧的功效。 The sports drink which contains extract of safflower, electrolytes, vitamin and sugar was obtained. It proved to have funetions whieh reduce lacticemia and e.ase the muscular fatigue resulling from sport, improve en-durance and resistance to oxygen - absence through animal experiments.
