四省十二城市社区卫生服务开展现况(一)

The Developing Condition of Community Health Service in 12 Cities of 4 Provinces

本文对四省十二城市的社会经济发展和社区卫生服务开展情况进行分析 ,结果表明 ,社会经济发展水平较高的地区 ,社区卫生服务开展的内容和项目也较多 ,合计开展的服务项目有 10 4项。一些地方的政府对社区卫生服务进行了不同程度的补偿 ,一些地方的社区卫生服务没有得到政府的补偿。必要的房屋、设备、人员配置和完善社区卫生服务补偿机制成为当前急需解决的问题。

This article analyses the socio-economic development and community health service developing condition in 12 cities of 4 provinces.The results indicate that the higher the socio-economic development level is,the more contents and items of community health service are in the city.In all,there are 104 service items in 12 cities.The community health service has been compensated in different degrees by the government in some cities,but in other cities it has not.At present,the necessary houses,equipment,allocation of health manpower and perfect reimbursement mechanism of community health service should be solved as soon as possible.
