云南壮族居民生命质量的影响因素分析

An Analysis of the Influential Factors on Quality of Life in Minority Zhuang in Yunnan Province

目的 探讨云南壮族居民生命质量的影响因素。方法 在云南省元阳县采用WHOQOL - 10 0量表中文版及自行设计的个人生活习惯调查表、家庭情况调查表 ,对 4 2 1例壮族居民的生命质量进行调查 ;采用逐步回归分析方法对调查结果进行分析。结果 进入回归方程的变量分别为 :有无慢性病、人均每月食鲜肉量、房屋类型、人均全年总支出、食水果情况、人畜是否分开、燃料类型、交通便利情况、食生菜习惯、喝水习惯。结论 为提高该人群生命质量 ,可从提高家庭收入 ,改善生活环境、居住环境 ,加强医疗卫生服务等方面进行。

Objective To study the quality of life and its influential factors in 421 cases minority Zhuang in Yuanyang county of Yunnan province.Methods The stepwise regression analysis method is used to study the influencing factors of quality of life.Results The selected variables entered the regression equation are chronic disease,average consumption of meat per month,types of house,average expenditure per year,fruit consumption,people and cattle living separately,types of fuels,convenient condition of transportation,habit of eating raw vegetables,habit of drinking.Conclusion In order to improve the quality of life,we can begin from increasing family incomes,changing the living condition and surroundings,strengthening medical health service and so on.
