脊髓性肌萎缩临床分型的分子遗传学研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 本文就脊髓性肌萎缩临床分型的分子遗传学研究方面的进展进行了综述。SMN2基因拷贝数、SMN基因mRNA、SMN蛋白、细胞核内gems数、NAIP基因等,均与SMA的临床表型有密切的相关性。目前对于SMA还没有有效的治疗方法。调控SMN2基因表达,促进全长SMN蛋白产生和核内gems数的恢复达到治疗的目的,此为SMA基因治疗的新途径。因此,研究不同表型SMA的分子遗传学机制不仅有助于基因治疗策略的制定,而且有助于在分子水平观察疗效。
