摘要
利用曼尼奇反应原理 ,制备了多胺基磷酸钠陶瓷助磨剂 ,系统的研究了原料配比、磷原料以及胺原料种类、反应温度、反应时间等助磨剂合成工艺对其助磨效果的影响规律。结果表明 :所制备的助磨剂对石英、滑石和锆英石等陶瓷硬质原料具有明显的助磨效果 ,优于传统的工业助磨剂。较佳的助磨剂制备工艺为 :以乙二胺和五氯化磷为原料 ,胺∶甲醛∶磷原料的摩尔比 =1∶4∶4 ;反应回流温度 10 5℃ ,反应时间 1.5 - 2h。
The multi-amidocyanogen sodium phosphate as grind additive was synthesized using Mannnich reaction.The influence of synthetic technology such as chemical composition,the types of reactive materials of phosphorus and amine,the reactive temperautre and reactive time on grinding effciency was systematically investigated.The results showed that the synthetic additive characterized as good ability for improving the grinding efficiency had better properties than the traditional grind additives.The proper synthetic technology are as follows:using H 2NCH 2CH 2NH 2 and PCl 5 as reactive material,and control the starting material according to the molar ratio as:H 2NCH 2CH 2NH 2∶HCHO∶PCl 5=1∶4∶4.The reactive temperature and time are 105℃ and 1.5-2 hours.
