摘要
ZrO2 是重要的结构陶瓷和功能陶瓷的原材料 ,有关纳米ZrO2 陶瓷粉体的制备方法的研究很多。除了常用的化学共沉淀法、溶胶—凝胶法、醇盐水解法、水热法外 ,有些研究者还采用了一些新颖的方法来制备纳米ZrO2陶瓷粉体 ,如乳浊液法、共沸蒸馏法、醇—水溶液加热法、超临界流体干燥法等。本文介绍了该领域的研究进展。
ZrO 2 is a kind of important starting material for preparing structural and functional ceramics.There are a good deal of research work related to preparing method of nano-ZrO 2 powder.In addition to the common methods such as chemical co-precipitation,Sol-Gel,alkoxides hydrolysis,hydrothermal Synthesis,some new methods have been introduced to preparing nano-ZrO 2 powder,for example,emulsion method,heterogeneous azeotropic distillation process,heating of alcohol-aqueous salt solutions,supercritical fluid drying technique,etc.
