摘要 尿素工艺冷凝液在回收过程中由于电导率高、与生水混合,易形成胶状物,导致生水过滤器频繁反洗、浮动床压差增加等故障。为查明形成胶状物的原因,解决回收过程中的问题,采用实验室模拟现场运行状况和工业小试相结合的办法,找出胶状物形成的原因,确定合理回收流程,并运用在工业实践中,对同类型大化肥企业尿素工艺冷凝液回收具有借鉴意义。 Urea process condensate in the course of recovering is apt to from gluey material mixing with the raw water because conductance rate is high,leading to raw water filter frequent inverse flushing,and enlarge ment of the floating bed pressure differential In order to find out the reasons for the formation of the gluey material and solve the problems in the recovery,this paper combines laboratory simulation of the operating conditions on the spot with full scale test,finds out the reasons,confirms reasonable recovery course,and aplies is in the industrial practice,providing references for recovering urea process condensate for large scale chemical fertilizer of the same kind
