合成氨副产炭黑在橡胶制品中的应用性能改进研究 被引量:1

摘要 分析合成氨装置副产炭黑应用性能较差的原因,进行应用性能改进试验。试验结果表明经过纯化、活化与粉碎、复配等步骤处理,副产炭黑灰分、加热减量、拉伸强度、扯断伸长率等指标均有不同程度的改善,可以用于中、低档橡胶制品的生产。 A test has been made aiming to improve the application performance of carbon black, a by product of synthetic ammonia plant, based on the analysis result of its poor performance in this regard The test indicates that some indices of carbon black, such as ash content, heating loss, tensile strength and elongation at failure have been improved to different degrees after such treat ments as purification, activation, crushing and multi mixing steps Therefore this treated carbon black can be available for middle and low grade rubber production
