结核病领域基础研究的现状与高技术前景 被引量:2

摘要 随着分子生物学,分子免疫学和分子遗传学的现代高技术(High technique)的发展,结核病领域有可能用高技术解决在结核病领域长期得不到解决的问题而出现一个新的飞跃。为此,我们立足现实,放眼世界,既要解决现实问题,也要明确前进方向,不失时机地迎接挑战,加快消灭结核病的步伐。一、结核病领域对高技术的期望下列一些问题可望用高技术得到解决:①建立高特异、高敏感、快速、经济的实验诊断新技术;②建立更敏感、更特异的确定感染的新技术;③建立杀灭“休眠菌”,“顽固菌”、
