摘要
目的探讨应用单边三维外固定架治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法对83例(91侧)胫骨骨折病例进行三维外固定架固定治疗,其中19侧辅以拉力螺丝钉等有限内固定。结果平均随访11个月,骨折固定稳定可靠,除1例骨折不愈合经植骨Ⅱ期愈合外全部愈合,愈合时间短,无骨髓炎、断钉等并发症,膝踝关节功能恢复良好。结论应用单边三维外固定架治疗胫骨骨折具有操作简单安全,疗效确定,病人康复快的特点。
Objective To study the effect of treatment of tibial fracture with single-side three dimension- al external fixator.Methods 83 cases were treated by three dimensional external fixator,19 eases of them were aided by screw for limited fastness.Results All patients were followed up in a short time without osteomyelitis or other syndrome except one The functions of knee joint and anklebone recover very well .Conclusion The application of sing-side external fixator in treatment of tibial fracture is safe and easy to operate,the curative ef- fect is certain.
