摘要
根据矫正辊辊形理论 ,分析了矫正机在矫正不同钢管直径时 ,管件与辊面的接触状态 ,并运用约束非线性优化工具对辊形半径偏差进行了优化 ,使角度调整达到最佳化。辊角最优化设定曲线为实际操作提供了依据 。
Touching state about pipe and roll face will be analyzed at the condition of varied kind pipes straightened according to straightening roll profile theory. Roll profile deviation is optimized with constraint nonlinear optimization. Adjusting angles is optimal. Optimization setting curve will provide tool for practical operation and have guiding meaning to improve straightening quality.
