摘要
通过对国内外冶金设备管理现行模式及况的分析 ,提出了设备专业化经营管理的必要性和可能性 ,并从设备管理市场化的角度提出了冶金行业设备经营管理新思维 (概念 )———企业内部产权换位和产权内部租赁 。
The current mode and present condition of the domestic and abroad metallurgy equipments management modeare analyzed, the possibility and necessity of the metallurgy equipments specialization management are discussed, from the point of view of the market, the new idea (concept) of metallurgy equipments management—property right exchange and leasehold within the enterprise is put forward and further study on it is made in this paper.
