CAD技术在大模数直齿锥齿轮刀具样板设计中的应用

摘要 在大直径、大模数直齿锥齿轮的图解计算法齿形样板设计中 ,采用手工绘图和测量 ,误差较大 ,导致做出的样板误差大 ,制造的齿轮啮合性能差、振动大、寿命短 ,且设计效率低下。为此 ,在设计中首次将AutoCAD绘图技术应用到图解计算法样板设计中 ,经实践证明不但大大降低了绘图计算误差 ,而且提高了设计工作效率 ,同时使用这种方法设计的样板制造的齿轮的精度和寿命大大提高。 Generally, it′s draw and measured by hand in the design of big diameter and modulus linear tooth pyramidal gear former, this not only leads the plotting error , measuring error and the bigger illustration numeration error,but also the designed and manufactured gears using the method ultimately appear strong vibration, short life-span and to fall short of meshing performance when working. In addition, the manual design is inefficient. Therefore, applied the Auto CAD technology to illustration numeration design firstly. Facts have proved that this not only reduce design error but also advance work efficiency. Furthermore, the method improved design precision and prolonged the life-span of gears.
