摘要
紧凑式轧机广泛地应用于国内外高速线材和棒材生产领域 ,由于设备运行时故障较多 ,因此对该轧机进行承载能力研究是十分必要的。紧凑式轧机的实验数据是在典型工况下得到的 ,并经过检测信号进行处理得出了传动系统的载荷谱。通过计算机程序对其传动系统零部件进行分析校核 ,找出薄弱环节 ,并提出改进建议。
At present compact rolling mill is widely applied on stick production line and high speed wire rod production line at home and abroad. Because equipment run-time breakdown more , therefore, it is very important to research the main transmission agent of this kind of mechanism. The rolling moments of this compact rolling mill are gained by experiments on the typical work condition. The testing data is processed and the load spectrum of the main transmission system is reached. Finally, adopting computer programme, the carrying capacity of the main transmission system′s main parts are calculated, its weakness are pointed out and the improvement suggestion are put forward.
