This paper introduces the preliminary situation,practical application, popularizing and general effect evaluation of dual stored-heat combustion technology of No.3 reheating furnace in Anyang Plate Steel Plant.It is successful that the application of dual stored-heat combustion technology in Angang and obvious saving energy effects have been obtained,all the technological index met design request,fuel comsumption can be reduced above 30% than the original No.1 or No.2 reheating furnace ,so waste gas and atmospheric pollutants have been reduced.
