摘要
针对安钢 5 #3 0 0m3高炉大料钟拉杆弯曲变形 ,导致大钟关闭不严、炉顶压力波动大 ,严重影响高炉炉况顺行的实际情况 ,分析了大料钟拉杆发生弯曲变形的原因 ,探讨了快速更换拉杆的可行性方案。
Contraposing the instance of No.5 blast furnace of Angang Iron and Steel Company, as a result of the bend and distortion of big bell's shaft, the big bell can't close tightly and the top pressure fluctuates, influenced the blast furnace′s good status greatly. Probing and discussing a feasible scheme of faster replacing the big bell shaft.
