Effects of Total Glucosides of Paeony on Platelet Aggregation and Blooding Time

目的 :研究白芍总苷 (TGP)对体外血小板功能的影响。方法 :比浊法测量家兔血小板聚集功能 ;断尾法测量小鼠出血时间。结果 :TGP分别抑制ADP、PagVR引起的血小板聚集 (P <0 0 1) ,且延长小鼠尾动脉出血时间 (P <0 .0 1)。结论

Objective:To explore the effect of total glucosides of paeony the platelet functions in vitro . Methods: The platelet aggregation was determined with turbidimetric method by use of ADP and PagVR as inducing agents.And the tail artery blooding time was measured by means of cutting the mouse’s tail. Results: TGP inhibited the platelet aggregation induced by ADP and PagVR (P<0.01) and prolonged the tail artery blooding time (P<0.01). Conclusions:The platelet function in vitro can be inhibited by TGP.
