文章首先考察挑战人类文明的主要环境问题 ,回顾了人类作出了走可持续发展之路的明智选择。然后论述实现全球的可持续发展必须要实施经济、政治、文化等方面的多维变革。

This article studies the main problem of environment which challenges man’s civilization. First, recalling that man has made the wise choice of sustainable development. Then it expounds at great length that we should carry out reforms such as in economy、politics and culture. Finally it analyses China’s special role in solving the problems of global environment and development.
