Discussion on the deficiency of legislative hearing of the administrative punishment in food safety inspection

针对在食品卫生行政处罚适用较大数额听证规定中存在的矛盾、听证范围的狭窄及在紧急情况下听证规定的不足进行了讨论。为食品卫生行政处罚听证的立法提供建议。

A dissussion was made on the contradiction in the hearing procedure of the administrative punishment in food safety inspection when large amount of fine was concerned,the scope of legislative hearing and the deficiency of hearing procedure during emergency. It was aimed at impoving the legislative hearing of the administrative punishment in food safety inspection.
