转基因食品检测方法的现况与进展 被引量:18

摘要 为给转基因食品检测提供参考 ,介绍包括除草剂生物分析法 (herbicidebioassays)、western印迹法 (Westernblot)、酶联免疫吸附试验法 (enzyme linkedimmunosorbentassay ,ELISA)、southern印迹法(Southernblot)、聚合酶链反应法 (PolymeraseChainReaction ,PCR)在内的蛋白质检测和DNA检测方法。一些新的方法如近红外光谱法 (near infraredspectroscopy)、DNA微阵列技术法 (Microarray)等略做介绍。对这些方法的基本原理、优缺点和应用范围以及存在的问题进行了分析 ,可供转基因食品检测研究选择分析方法时借鉴。 A number of protein or DNA methods for detection of genetically modified organisms (GMO) are discussed in this review,including herbicide bioassays,Western blot,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,Southern blot and polymerase chain reaction. Several new methods have been developed to detect genetically modified foods,such as capillary gel electrophoresis,near-infrared spectroscopy and microarray. Discussions were made on various detection methods in terms of their principle,advantage and disadvantage,application and problems.
