平原人进驻高原后红细胞沉降率变化的意义

摘要 目的 探讨红细胞沉降率在高原环境中的变化。方法 对平原进驻海拔 3 175m第 15天及半年的健康青年进行血液红细胞沉降率(ESR) ,血红蛋白 (Hb)检测 ,并与平原健康青年和久居高原青年作比较。结果 进驻高原环境ESR较平原显著减慢 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,Hb增高显著(P <0 .0 5 )。但与久居高原者相比 ,后者ESR更慢 ,Hb增高。第 15天较半年ESR和Hb无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。久居高原的女性与男性比较 ,ESR较男性快 (P <0 0 5 ) ,Hb较男性低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 在高原缺氧环境下 ,红细胞增多 ;沉降管内无血液的空白管腔压力明显低于平原地区 。 Objective To discuss the changes of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) under the condition of high altitude environment.Methods ESR and hemoglobin (Hb) of those who entered 3 175 meters' high altitude area from plain were tested on the 15th day and half a year later when they were stationed there.The findings were compared with that of healthy plain controls and that of high altitude inhabitants.Results A significant slow down of ESR was found when it was compared with that of healthy plain controls ( P <0.05),and Hb level increased clearly ( P <0.05).But most significant ESR slow sown and highest Hb level appeared among high altitude inhabitants.There were no differences in ESR and Hb changes between 15 days and half a year later when they entered the high altitude area ( P >0.05). By the way,ESR of the female was faster than that of the male in high altitude inhabitants ( P <0.05),while their Hb level was lower than that of the male ( P <0.05).Conclusion Erythrocyte number's elevation existed under the condition of environmental hypoxia.That the pressure of the empty cavity inside sedimentation tube is lower than that of the low altitude plain area partly results in the slow down of ESR in high altitude area.
