臀、会阴及其周围Ⅲ度烧伤的早期切痂治疗体会

Experience on Crust-resection for the Therapy of Three-degree Burn in Buttocks and Perineum

目的 总结臀、会阴及其周围Ⅲ度烧伤的早期切痂治疗的经验。方法 对 3 2例臀、会阴Ⅲ度烧伤患者于伤后 3～ 7d内行切痂 ,嵌皮、大张皮片或皮瓣修复创面的资料进行回顾分析。结果 本组病例皮瓣、皮片大部分成活好 ,外观、功能恢复满意。结论 臀、会阴及周围Ⅲ度烧伤早期切痂治疗可缩短疗程 ,减少外观及功能障碍 。

Objective To summarize the experiences on early crust resection for the therapy of three degree burn in buttocks and perineum.Methods 32 patients with three-degree burn in buttocks and perineum were given crust resection in 3～7 days after being burned.The conditions about the surfaces of wounds such as skin flaps were recorded and then retrospectively analyzed.Results Most of the skin flaps survived well with a satisfying restoration in shape and function.Conclusion Early crust-resection in three degree burn in buttocks and perineum can not only shorten the therapeutic course but result in good restoration in shape and function as well.
